The venue was truly exceptional, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was UNBEATABLE really close to store, the shops in St Austell, and local pub. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was incredibly comfortable. I was here for 1 day and would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed at a small piece of jewel, a B&B in the middle of Cornwall. Penbetha House exceeded my expectations in every way. The owners, Kay and Neil, were warm-hearted and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The property was clean, beautiful, and tidy. They even accommodated my dietary restrictions with a lavish and delicious breakfast. This level of service is usually only found in highly ranked 5-star hotels. Thank you, Kay and Neil, for a wonderful experience.

The hotel was in a peaceful and perfect position next to the main St Austell to Truro road as well as local pub.

The breakfast was delicious and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The location was peaceful and convenient, with beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this B&B for a clean and quiet place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Truro. Penbetha House was clean, friendly, and exceptionally well-managed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were super nice, and the room was tidy, clean, and cosy. The shared bathroom was spotless and the cleanest I've ever seen. The full English breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality from the hosts was amazing. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, with the soothing sound of bird song in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and peaceful stay.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a beautiful and welcoming b&b in a peaceful village. The hosts at Penbetha House B&B were fabulous and made me feel right at home. The house itself was stunning and had a homely feel. The garden, with its stream and abundance of nature, was simply gorgeous. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated during my stay, it was the perfect retreat from my busy life. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be coming back soon!
